🎁 Why It Pays to Order Early
Christmas is the busiest time of year for postal services, which means:
-
Slower processing times
-
Weather-related delays
-
Customs backlogs for overseas orders
Ordering early means less stress, better peace of mind, and more time to enjoy the season.
🎄 Christmas Delivery FAQs
Can I still order if I don’t need my item before Christmas?
Yes — these deadlines only apply if you want your parcel delivered before December 25th. If it’s for yourself or not time-sensitive, you can order as normal.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — many of our products can be sent in our beautifully presented Luxury Gift Boxes.

Gift boxes include a gift card, which can be wither either written by us, or sent blank for you to write your special message.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, it’s in the hands of Royal Mail or the courier. We’ll always help where we can, but delays caused by customs, weather or courier backlogs are outside our control during peak season.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
No — our tracked delivery service does not require a signature, making it simple and stress-free.
Can you guarantee Christmas delivery for international orders?
We follow the recommended guidelines provided by postal services, but international shipping can be unpredictable. Ordering early is the safest option.
If I’ve missed the deadline, is there a faster option?
Possibly. For some destinations, a premium courier service like FedEx may be available. This can shorten transit times but cannot always guarantee arrival before Christmas.
For UK orders, Royal Mail Special Delivery is available until 22 December (for orders placed before 2 pm).
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow its journey.
I made a mistake with my shipping address — what should I do?
Contact us straight away. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can usually amend it. If it has already shipped, options may be limited, but we’ll advise on the best next steps.
