Shipping Times

We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

We use tracked services for all orders and you will be notified of your tracking reference by email when you order is dispatched.

Please be aware delivery times shown below are estimates only, and we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal services, including customs procedures in the case of overseas buyers.

UK Delivery Services

Standard UK delivery is free by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (delivery estimate 2-3 days).

Upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 available at checkout (delivery estimate 1-2 days).

If you need your order urgently a delivery upgrade is available at checkout to Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (orders must be placed before 2pm for same day dispatch).

Overseas Buyers

As a general guide, shipping overseas is broadly charged per order at £10.50 within Europe and £12.50 for all other destinations. An accurate shipping charge will be applied to your order at checkout before you have committed to making your purchase. Oversized or heavy items may carry higher shipping charges.

Delivery estimates are 5-7 working days although we cannot guarantee this. 

Buyers are liable for customs and duty fees applied locally in any delivery territory outside of the UK. It is customers’ responsibility to meet any domestic requirements regarding these fees, and we advise you to check with your local customs office if you are in any way unsure of your obligations. We are not responsible for any orders returned due to unpaid customs fees and are unable to issue refunds under these circumstances.

Returns Policy

Returns 

Our return period is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To initiate your return please advise us of your intention to return your purchase by emailing enquiries@williamandirene.com and providing your invoice number.

In situations where an item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error a partial refund may be offered.

If you are returning an item from outside of the UK please clearly mark the package as 'Returned Goods' as otherwise it is unlikely that we will be able to accept the item due to import duties that may be applied.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 working days. Please note that this may take 3-5 days to show on your statement.

Late or missing refunds  
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiries@williamandirene.com. 

Exchanges 
We are happy to exchange items in line with our return policy. Please inform us of your intention to exchange your item, providing your invoice number and details of the item you wish to exchange your purchase for by sending us an email to enquiries@williamandirene.com and return your  purchase to: William & Irene, 14 St. George, LLANELLI, SA15 1JE, United Kingdom. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping paid by you when placing your initial order will not be refunded. 

Depending on where you live the time it may take for any exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are returning your purchase you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and refunds/exchanges will not be processed for items not received.
