I ordered three custom-size Oakwoods blankets, and from my very first inquiry to the day they arrived, the experience was exceptional. Leanne was responsive, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. She custom-made the blankets to my requested dimensions and kept me informed throughout the process.
When the blankets arrived, they exceeded my expectations. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are outstanding. They are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for.
In today's world, it is increasingly rare to find someone who takes such pride in both their products and their customers. Leanne does both. If you are considering purchasing from William & Irene, do so with complete confidence.
